The center provides health services related to lead poisoning and lead abatement for people of all ages in the United States. Services include disease/disability information about lead poisoning and specialized information and referral. There are no geographic restrictions.

The center offers general information on lead paint poisoning prevention and information about lead-related federal laws and regulations; publications from HUD and the Environmental Protection Agency are also available. It also provides information on EPA's Lead Safe Renovation, Repair and Painting Rule (RRP Rule) and Lead Based Paint Activities and Lead certification requirements for contractors through the EPA. APPLICATION PROCEDURE Call, write, fax or visit the center's website for service. FEES/PAYMENT SOURCE There are no fees for services.
