Services include eviction assistance (defense), legal counseling and representation, and public awareness/education about housing issues. Full representation is provided to any tenant with a reasonable defense. There are no geographic restrictions. APPLICATION PROCEDURE Walk in for service. Service is provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Recommended documents to bring to a consultation include: summons and complaint and any notices received regarding your tenancy, pictures of conditions of your unit, lease or rental agreement, rent receipts, any other written documentation related to your tenancy.
