Local Bus Services ( Wheelchair Users )


The bus line provides transportation services for residents of the Blair Hills, Century City, Culver City, Mar Vista, Marina del Rey, Palms, Venice, Venice Beach, West Los Angeles, Westchester, and Westwood areas of Los Angeles County. Services include discount bus fares, mass transit services, monthly passes, printed materials and specialized information and referral. There are no geographic restrictions.

The mass transit services include 7 bus lines which provide local and access to MTA bus services.

Passengers must have a monthly pass, tap card, or exact fare to board buses. Monthly transit passes (EZ Passes) provide unlimited travel aboard local buses; discount monthly passes for seniors 62 or older with proof of age, and people with physical, mental or developmental disabilities are available. APPLICATION PROCEDURE Call or walk in to apply. EZ Passes are available at the Culver City Treasurer's Office 9770 Culver Boulevard, Culver City Transportation Department, 4343 Duquesne Avenue, or call 1-800 COMMUTE for a location near you. Senior Citizens (62 and over), disabled, and Medicare recipients must show their ID in order to pay a reduced cash fare. FEES/PAYMENT SOURCE Local fare is $1.00 for adults and $.75 for grade school and high school students; children under age five are free with a paid adult; seniors age 62 and above and individuals with disabilities pay $.35. Exact fare is required, drivers do not carry change.

EZ Passes can be purchased for $110 for adults and $42 for seniors and the disabled. The pass is good countywide for unlimited local riding on most Los Angeles County transit services.
