The agency provides transportation services to older adults age 60 and older and individuals with disabilities in Los Angeles County. Services include medical appointments transportation, and paratransit vouchers. Services are restricted to Santa Fe Springs residents.

Medical appointments transportation services are available for medical and dental appointments. Reservations are required at least one day in advance. Transportation is provided to the cities of Downey, Norwalk, Pico Rivera, Santa Fe Springs, and Whittier, according to the following schedule:

Monday: Downey, Norwalk, Telegraph Corridor, Santa Fe Springs
Tuesday: Pico Rivera, Santa Fe Springs, Whittier, Telegraph Corridor
Wednesday: Pico Rivera, Santa Fe Springs, Whittier, Telegraph Corridor
Thursday: Pico Rivera, Santa Fe Springs, Whittier, Telegraph Corridor Friday: Downey, Norwalk, Telegraph Corridor, Santa Fe Springs

Paratransit voucher services provide city residents that are 60 years and older and persons with disabilities rides to medical appointments for a minimal cost. This program is intended to offer clients an alternative when transportation is not available through the existing medical appointment transportation program. APPLICATION PROCEDURE Call to register.

Seniors can purchase taxi vouchers coupons which will entitle the holder to travel to various medical facilities within the cities listed. The coupons may be purchased at City Hall, Neighborhood Center and are valid for 30 days from date of purchase. Vouchers must be signed at time of purchase and counter-signed when used. There is no limit to how many vouchers can be purchased per month, but only two can be used per trip. FEES/PAYMENT SOURCE There are fixed fees for paratransit voucher services. Voucher coupons are $1.00 and they entitle the holder to a $7.00 value of taxi travel.
