The agency provides in-home health services for people of any age who live in the San Gabriel Valley; most services require a physician's authorization and supervision. The services include nursing; physical, speech, and occupational therapy; enterostomal nursing; psychiatric nursing; home health aide; homemaker assistance for postpartum mothers, and medical social services. In addition, the program offers community health education with special outreach to seniors. The agency serves people who live in Alhambra, Azusa, Baldwin Park, Bradbury, City of Commerce, City of Industry, Covina, East Los Angeles, El Monte, Glendora, Hacienda Heights, Irwindale, La Habra Heights, La Puente, Monrovia, Montebello, Monterey Park, Pico Rivera, Rosemead, Rowland Heights, San Gabriel, Sierra Madre, Temple City, Valinda, West Covina and Whittier. FEES/PAYMENT SOURCE Fees for service vary; private insurance, Medicare and Medi-Cal are accepted.
