The agency provides end of life services for mentally competent adults who are terminally ill and their families, nationwide. Services include legislative advocacy, patients rights assistance, public awareness/education, and right to die services. There are no geographic restrictions.

The agency provides patients rights assistance with information and referral on the health care system and local resources including hospice providers, pain specialists, social service agencies and support groups; assist with living wills and advance directives; and advocates for individuals to receive adequate care.

Public awareness/education services provides books, pamphlets, videos and access to a speakers bureau; counsel and support individuals and their families about pain, symptom management, hospice care and addressing concerns with their doctor.

Right to die services provides support and consultation about end-of-life options to clients and their families; advocate for legal and legislative reform at local, state and federal levels to ensure terminally ill patient's rights, including implementation and enforcement of living wills and advance directives, pain and symptom management.
