It also offers a variety of continuing education and support services for its members. APPLICATION PROCEDURE People who want a referral to a psychologist call the answering service. Psychologists and other mental health professionals may also call for information about the association or about membership or continuing education. FEES/PAYMENT SOURCE There is no fee for a referral. There are fixed fees for ongoing treatment. Referrals are available to psychologists who take Medi-Cal, Medicare, and private insurance. Association members pay annual dues and there are fees for some continuing education programs.
