Psychiatric Medication Monitoring ( TANF Recipients )

The program provides mental health and employment welfare-to-work support services for CalWORKS and GROW participants who live in SPA 2 of Los Angeles County. Income and geographic resrictions apply.
The program provides mental health services for persistent and severly mentally/emotionally ill people who receive or are eligible to receive CalWORKs or GROW. Services include individual, conjoint, group, and family counseling; in-person crisis intervention; medication monitoring; mental health evaluations; and psychiatric case management. If the child of a CalWORKs recipient has a mental or emotional disorder which constitutes a barrier to the woman's employment or further participation in the CalWORKs program, the program will refer the parent and child for assessment and mental health services.
