Services include on-site professional assessment and assistance to people and their families experiencing a mental health crisis. The team consists of trained and experienced police officers and professional mental health clinicians from the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health.
The agency will respond to calls from the general public. The agency responds to calls regarding violent or suicidal individuals, as well as those individuals who are easily supervised, calmer, and can wait up to an hour to be transported. APPLICATION PROCEDURE Call for assistance. FFES/PAYMENT SOURCE There are no fees for service.
