The program provides public awareness/education related to children's health and reproductive issues for people in Los Angeles County and nationwide. Services include health education, printed materials related to health issues and public awareness/education related to health issues. There are no geographic restrictions.

The program provides information on health issues and publications related to reproductive, neurobiological, developmental and behavioral processes related to the health of children, adults and families. The program also sponsors various campaigns, including the "Back to Sleep" campaign and the "Milk Matters" calcium education campaign. There are various publications available to the public.
