The agency provides library services for people who live, work, attend school or own property in the Pasadena area. Services include book downloads, homework help programs, library services, literacy meeting spaces, and public internet access. There are no geographic restrictions.

The libraries provide standard library services including e-books, book and audio-visual loan, telephone, email and live chat reference information; computer access to the library's collection, magazine articles and a variety of electronic subscription databases; an information desk; and research assistance.

Special programs include authors as guest speakers, music and video programs.

The library also provides story time sessions with professional storytellers and a summer reading club for children.

Meeting rooms are available for groups.

The library also has Internet workstations with wireless internet access available for public use. APPLICATION PROCEDURE Call for information or walk in for services. FEES/PAYMENT SOURCE Fees for services vary. There is no charge for using the Internet station; however, there is a fee of $.10 per page for printing from the Internet.
