Provider: LOVAAS INSTITUTE FOR EARLY INTERVENTION
The program provides services for children, age five and younger, who are autistic or have a developmental disability. Children must be at least 15 months old at time of intake; children up to age 60 months may be accepted based on testing scores at time of intake. There are no geographic restrictions.
This is a research-based program which provides individualized treatment for young children and their families. The program is conducted in the child's home and includes extensive parent participation, parent training, one-to-one instruction, and weekly meetings with an overall emphasis on intervention through behavior modification therapy. APPLICATION PROCEDURE Call for information. FEES/PAYMENT SOURCE There are fixed fees. The agency accepts Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield of CA/Magellan, Optum Behavioral Health, United Behavioral Health and United military Families.
