The center provides immigration services for low income people who live in Los Angeles County. Services include immigration visa application filing assistance; immigration rights groups; naturalization support/legal services; public awareness/education on immigration issues; rights counseling for undocumented people that provides assistance with immigration benefits; and self petitions and battered spouse waivers (Violence Against Women Act) and u-visas for domestic violence victims. Services are targeted, but not restricted, to monolingual Asians/Pacific Islanders. There are no geographic restrictions. APPLICATION PROCEDURE Call to apply. An appointment is required; the agency does not serve walk-ins. FEES/PAYMENT SOURCE Call for information.
