The agency provides demand-response para-transit services for City of San Gabriel residents age 62 and older and for City of San Gabriel residents of any age who have disabilities. Services include disability related transportation, discount transit passes and senior ride programs. There are geographic restrictions.

The senior Dial-A-Ride program operates within the city of San Gabriel. People may request transportation to locations within the city for any purpose and to destinations up to five miles outside of the San Gabriel city boundaries.

Discount TAP cards are available for seniors age 62 and older and people with disabilities. Individuals must apply for this service. APPLICATION PROCEDURE Dial-A-Ride: call for information and to apply for the program, members may utilize the mobile application to book a ride. The number listed is for the Community Services Department which screens applicants and then gives the reservation number to eligible participants.

For discount TAP cards, applications must be returned to TAP Service Center, P.O. Box 811310, Los Angeles, CA 90081. The application can be found on the agency's website. Cards must be purchased at least 48 hours prior to use.

Call to arrange a ride, or use the mobile application. FEES/PAYMENT SOURCE For Dial-A-Ride, the one-way fare is $.50.

Discount TAP cards are $12 per month.

Office hours are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm; Tuesday, 8:00am to 6:30pm. Service is provided Monday through Sunday, 7:00am to 7:00pm.
