This agency provides complaints services to applicants and recipients of state public assistance benefits programs and social services programs that are administered by the county social services/human services agencies. Services include general relief complaints, food stamp complaints, public assistance overpayment recovery programs, specialized information and referral, and TANF complaints. There are no geographic restrictions.

The agency also responds to telephone, e-mail and written inquiries and complaints from applicants and recipients, governmental agencies, attorneys, elected officials and the Food and Nutrition Services Dept.
