The organization provides community action groups services for individuals in Los Angeles County. Services include ethnic advocacy groups, legal representation, and student financial aid. Services are targeted to the Hispanic/Latino community. There are no geographic restrictions.

The agency specializes in class action litigation regarding problems that commonly affect Latino and other minority people of all ages. Areas considered for representation may include problems related to education, immigration and employment discrimination as well as voting rights issues.

The organization occasionally accepts individual cases which have impact potential but it does not handle criminal cases.

The agency also focuses on leadership development within the Latino community and provides limited financial assistance for Latino law students as well as other scholarship resources for students regardless of immigration status. APPLICATION PROCEDURE Call for information; there are no walk-in services available. FEES/PAYMENT SOURCE There are no fees for service.
