The agency provides information and referral for youth and parents nationwide. Services include helplines/warmlines, parenting materials, runaway/homeless youth hotlines and internet and telephone crisis intervention. The 24-hour hotline is available for crisis and problems such as, but not limited to anger; anxiety and stress; bullying; chemical dependency; depression; emotional, physical and sexual abuse; parenting problems; relationship problems; runaway youth; school issues and suicide prevention.

The hotline website www.yourlifeyourvoice.org offers tips on how to deal with challenging situations; a bulletin board where teens ask questions regarding different topics that are answered by counselors; journal pages where teens can download and print worksheets to help them work through issues and create solutions, and an app that provides advice and allows users to track their mood.

The agency has a database of agencies and services nationwide and can refer to an agency in the callers area and provide follow-up support. APPLICATION PROCEDURE Call, email, or text for service. FEES/PAYMENT SOURCE There are no fees for telephone information.
