The Veteran Peer Access Network (VPAN) is a community-driven support network that provides services for veterans, and their families, in Los Angeles County. Services include helplines/talklines, peer counseling and specialized information and referral. There are no geographic restrictions.

The VPAN support line is staffed by veterans who serve as "battle buddies" and systems navigators to connect their brothers and sisters in need with resources that will help, including county departments, non-profit agencies, the Veterans Administration and LA City programs. Peer veterans are available to talk about difficulties related to COVID-19.

Resources available include mental health, substance misuse support, housing, workforce develoment and employment, health care, education, legal services, social and recreational connections and othe rmiscellaneous services.
