The center provides a toy loan program for children in the East Los Angeles area. Children are able to borrow a toy, once a week, in the same manner as they would borrow a book from the public library. Children follow an honor code of: Responsibility, Promptness, Courtesy, Honesty, Cleanliness and Cooperation. There are no geographic restrictions. APPLICATION PROCEDURE Call or walk in for information. FEES/PAYMENT SOURCE There are no fees for service.
