Provider: CITY OF SIERRA MADRE COMMUNITY SERVICES DEPARTMENT - HART PARK HOUSE SENIOR CENTER

The center provides services for older adults 60 years and older who live in Sierra Madre and surrounding communities. Services include congregate meals, home delivered meals, recreational activities, a senior center and a travel program.

The home-delivered meal program is for seniors who are unable to shop or prepare meals for themselves and for younger Sierra Madre residents who have temporary or permanent disabilities which make meal preparation difficult. APPLICATION PROCEDURE Call or walk in for information about all programs or to apply. People who are interested in the home-delivered meals talk with the program coordinator by phone. Lunch reservations should be made at least 24 hours in advance. FEES/PAYMENT SOURCE There is no membership fee to participate in activities, but some activities may have a fee. There is a $5.00 suggested donation for the hot lunch and for the home-delivered meals.
