The center provides mental health services to children, adolescents and their families and welfare to work supportive services for adults who are referred through the DPSS/CalWORKS program. The service area is the San Antonio Health District which includes Bell, Bell Gardens, Cudahy, Downey, Huntington Park, Maywood, Paramount, Santa Fe Springs, South Gate and Vernon. There are geographic restrictions.
