SAFE REFUGE

The agency provides residential treatment for substance use disorders, substance use disorder services, and welfare-to-work supportive services for adults age 18 and older. Services are targeted to low-income, homeless people, people who have HIV/AIDS, parolee's, ex-offenders, pregnant women, and men and women with children. There are no geographic restrictions.
