The center provides advocacy, health education, nutrition programs, services for older adults, transportation and utility bill assistance for people who live in the 9th council district (Central and part of South Central Los Angeles). Most of the center's services are flexible and seniors from any area may participate in the programs; however, some programs have specific geographic areas served.
