The agency provides employment services, homeless support services, housing services and shelter for adults primarily in the Downtown Skid Row area of Los Angeles. Income restrictions apply for some services; there are no geographic restrictions. The agency also provides services for individuals or agencies which are affected by Coronavirus.

The Weingart Access Center is available Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 12:00pm and 1:30pm to 4:00pm. Weingart Hotel is available Monday through Sunday, 24 hours per day.
