Call 2-1-1 to opt-in and receive alerts and information from LA County 211. By opting in, you agree to receive text messages [from short code 52211], which may be sent through an automatic telephone dialing system to the mobile number provided. Only one message will be sent per resource requested.
Mobile User Opt-Out
You may discontinue service, by replying "" to any message you receive or by texting " " to the short code  from your mobile device. You will not receive any additional messages.
You may also opt-out by replying or to any text message you receive or by texting , or to the short code.
Mobile User Fees
This is a standard rated, non-premium service. 211 LA County does not charge users fees to send or receive text messages. However, Msg&Data rates may apply from your carrier.
