The agency provides substance abuse services for people in Los Angeles County. Services are targeted to individuals who live in the San Fernando Valley. There are no geographic restrictions.

Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 2:30pm; Saturday and Sunday, 7:00pm to 9:00pm.
