Outreach Coordinator
Note: This is Remote position.
The ideal candidate for this position must be bilingual in Spanish and possess a strong foundation in human services, social justice issues, and social media engagement. A thorough understanding of the information and referral process, nonprofit outreach methods, and agency procedures is essential. Candidates should demonstrate exceptional communication skills, including public speaking, writing, and interpersonal interaction across diverse communities. Additionally, the candidate must be adept with Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides, possess reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license, and be available to respond promptly to emergencies, including evenings and weekends. An undergraduate degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, along with substantial community outreach experience, is preferred.
Training Coordinator - DOJ TTA
Note: This is a remote position.
The ideal candidate should have experience in developing and facilitating virtual training, including video-based content, and be familiar with adult learning principles and best practices in training. They must possess strong communication skills, including writing, editing, and presenting, as well as proficiency in Google Workspace. Effective problem-solving, organization, collaboration, and adaptability in politically sensitive, fast-changing environments are crucial. A minimum of three years of experience supporting projects or programs, particularly in social services training, is required.
