Human Resources Assistant (Hybrid Work Schedule)

NOTE:  Hybrid work schedule (combines on-premise and remote) 

The responsibilities involve a wide range of support activities inside our HR department, from coordinating interviews to maintaining our employee database to posting job ads.  An important part of this role will be to manage leaves of absence and act as the liaison between HR and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions.

Client Support Coordinator

NOTE: The position is conducted remotely during COVID-19 but will resume on-site services once it is safe to do so.

The role of the Client Support Coordinator is to provide aid to internal and external software clients and users by addressing operations needs such as but not limited to: troubleshooting user issues, generating data reports/forms, coordinating operational workflows, and supporting training. The Client Support Coordinator will report to the Client Support Manager.
