Development Director

NOTE: The position is conducted remotely during COVID-19, but may resume on-site services once it is safe to do so.

The Development Director will lead the design and implementation of new programs, develop fundraising strategies, and contribute to the overall strategic growth of the organization. Responsibilities include project planning and management, creating protocols and workflows, invoicing and contract management, and facilitating intra-agency coordination to successfully launch new programs.

Technical Project Coordinator

Note: This position is remote.

As a 211 LA Technical Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for working with the Technical Project Manager to provide product and project management for 211 LA’s digital solutions projects. Your responsibilities will include working with internal and external teams to communicate timelines, set expectations, and oversee the projects’ progress; documenting and communicating decisions and milestones; maintaining and evolving the software development process, to enhance the product, with an eye towards improving quality and agility.

Human Resources Assistant (Hybrid Work Schedule)

NOTE:  Hybrid work schedule (combines on-premise and remote) 

 The responsibilities involve a wide range of support activities inside our HR department, from coordinating interviews to maintaining our employee database to posting job ads.  An important part of this role will be to manage leave of absences and act as the liaison between HR and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions.
