
Daniel Molina is a mission-driven nonprofit executive with over 20 years of leadership experience in the nonprofit sector. Since joining 211 LA in 2019, he has championed equity, systems change, and community impact, leading key initiatives such as agency-wide strategic planning, the expansion of care coordination services, and healthcare partnerships to launch Enhanced Care Management programs.
As Chief Program Officer, Daniel provides strategic oversight of programs and services at 211 LA. He leads cross-functional integration efforts, drives implementation of the agency’s strategic priorities, and ensures alignment with the organization’s mission. Under his leadership, 211 LA has deepened its partnerships with healthcare systems and strengthened its role in community-based service delivery.
Daniel’s background includes more than a decade as an Organizational Development consultant, supporting nonprofit and public-sector organizations in strategy, leadership development, and systems improvement. He is a recognized subject matter expert in Social Determinants of Health (SDoH), trauma-informed care, adverse childhood experiences (ACEs), and father engagement.
Daniel holds a B.S. in Psychology from California State University, Northridge, and has earned multiple certifications in trauma-informed care, strategic facilitation, and fatherhood engagement.
