The agency issues passports to United States Citizens; expedited service is available. Services are provided at post office and municipal locations throughout the county. There are no geographic restrictions.

Application Procedure
Call or walk in for information or service; download information or forms from the agency's website. Some locations require an appointment.
Applications must be made in person in the following circumstances:
-When applying for a U.S. passport for the first time.
-When the previous U.S. passport has been lost or stolen.
-When the previous U.S. passport has expired and was issued more than 15 years ago.
-When the applicant is a minor child.
If applying for a child 13 and under, both parents or legal guardian must appear with the child.
Renewal applications may be made by mail if ALL of the following are true:
-The most recent U.S. passport is undamaged and can be submitted with the application,
-The most recent U.S. passport was issued at age 16 or older,
-The most recent U.S. passport was issued within the last 15 years,
-The most recent U.S. passport was issued in the person's current name or if a name change can be legally documented with an original or certified copy of a marriage certificate or other government-issued document.
Applicants must present a complete Form DS-11 which can be obtained at any passport agency or acceptance facility or downloaded from the agency's website. Applicants should not sign the application form until instructed to do so.
Applicants must present a social security number, proof of U.S. citizenship and a photo ID. Photographs are taken at most passport office locations. Locations that do not provide photo service can refer applicants to nearby photography services for the two required photos.
The following documents are accepted as proof of U.S. citizenship:
-Previous U.S. Passport
-Certified birth certificate issued by the city, county or state.
-Consular Report of Birth Abroad
-Naturalization Certificate
-Certificate of Citizenship
The following documents are accepted for photo identification (a photocopy should also be provided):
-Valid Drivers License
-U.S. Passport (issued within the past 15 years)
-Certificate of Naturalization
-Other Government Issued Identification (state identification)
-Military Identification
Fees
The fee for a passport book plus card (includes air travel) is $160 application fee plus a $35 execution fee ($195 total) for individuals 16 years and older; and $115 application fee plus a $35 execution fee ($150 total) for individuals under the age of 16. The fee for passport book is $130 application fee plus $35 execution fee ($165) for individuals 16 years and older; and $100 application fee plus a $35 execution fee ($135 total) for individuals under age 16. The fee for a passport card is $30 application fee plus a $35 execution fee ($65 total) for individuals 16 years and older; and $15 application fee plus a $35 execution fee ($50 total) for individuals under the age of 16. The passport card is not valid for international air travel. Valid only for travel by land and by sea to Canada, Mexico, Bermuda and the Caribbean. Additional fees apply for expedited services.
