Discounted Utility Services

The department provides utilities for City of Burbank residents and businesses. Services include discounted utility services, utility service providers, water service providers and residential energy/conservation rebates. Services are restricted to City of Burbank residents.

Discounted utility services are available for low-income customers who are age 62 or older, have a permanent qualified disability, or require the use of life support in their home. Income and other requirements are explained on the department's website.

The department offers a variety of rebates including energy star rated or high-efficiency appliance rebates, home improvement rebates, solar power rebates and artificial turf rebates.
