Life Skills Education

The agency provides family support services for people of all ages in Los Angeles and surrounding counties. Services include court ordered anger management program, life skills education for at-risk youth, monitored child visitation exchange and parental visitation monitoring. All services are provided in compliance with the California Rules of Court and California Family Code. All monitors are trained and compliant. There are no geographic restrictions.

A 26 or 52 week anger management program is available for court ordered individuals. Staff will provide progress reports to the court if needed.

Staff provide monitoring for open visitations, which may take place on-site, in the client's home or at other public locations as allowed by the court. The goal of the monitor is to protect the rights of the child and ensure a safe, neutral environment for the parent-child interaction. On-site monitored child visitation exchanges are also provided.

The agency also offers professional training for individuals who want to become a trained visitation monitor. Training is conducted in a classroom style setting using real-world case videos, role-playing and a professional training curriculum. Staff provide 90 days of post-training support.
