Adult State/Local Health Insurance Programs

The agency administers health insurance plans nationwide. In Los Angeles county, their services include a managed health care program for Medi-Cal recipients, a Medicare Managed Health Care Plan, Covered California Plans, as well as employer plans. There are income restrictions for some programs and geographic service areas within Los Angeles County.

Medical advice and consultation available through the Nurse Advice Line for plan members. The Community Resource Center in East Los Angeles location has certified Medi-Cal Eligibility Workers on site to do in-person applications for State/local health Insurance programs such as Medi-Cal.
