The agency provides family life education for people who live in Alhambra, City Terrace, East Los Angeles, El Sereno, Highland Park and Lincoln Heights. Services include domestic violence support groups, parenting skills classes and spouse/domestic partner abuse prevention. Geographic restrictions apply.
The parenting classes are provided in Spanish only and are in a group setting and focus on topics such as communication, discipline, nutrition, family budget, etc. The Domestic Violence Prevention Program offers individual and group counseling for either the victims or the perpetrators of domestic violence.
