The program accepts and investigates individual complaints of illegal housing discrimination based on race, religion, sex, age (children), marital status, sexual orientation, national origin/ancestry or disability. The agency also provides free educational booklets which offer information about housing rights and landlord/tenant rights and responsibilities.
