Police Reports

Provider: CITY OF SIERRA MADRE POLICE DEPARTMENT

The department provides law enforcement services for the city of Sierra Madre. Services include abandoned vehicle reporting/removal, crime prevention, emergency operations centers, emergency protective orders, law enforcement complaints, municipal police, neighborhood watch programs, officer bill programs, personal safety education, police reports, temporary restraining orders, and vacation security checks services. The service area is restricted to the city of Sierra Madre.

Temporary restraining order assistance is provided on a short term (72 hrs.), emergency basis only. Regular TROs must be applied for at a Superior Court location.

The department provides crime prevention programs which include neighborhood watch, lectures at senior centers on request and the Officer Bill program, which teaches elementary school age children safety to and from school.

It also offers vacation security checks and coordinates disasters services during a disaster for the city of Sierra Madre.

There are no fees for most services, there are fixed fees for police reports.
