Services include residential substance use disorder treatment facilities. Service is provided at the Angel Step II location. The treatment for substance use disorders is structured as a social model recovery program. Residents receive individual counseling and 12-step support groups. The program may last from four to six months, depending on the person's progress. After ninety days, women are assisted in finding housing, jobs or educational opportunities.
The program is not a crisis shelter for battered women, however, it will accept women transitioning out of a battered women's shelter. Women who are survivors of domestic violence receive specialized counseling services.
