Clinical Psychiatric Evaluation

The agency provides services for people with disabilities for families of children at risk for or who have been diagnosed with developmental delay or disabilities. Services include clinical psychiatric evaluation, developmental assessment, developmental screening, disease/disability information, early intervention for children with disabilities/delays, early intervention for mental illness, parent support groups, pediatric occupational therapy, speakers/speakers bureau, and speech therapy. Age restrictions apply for some services; there are no geographic restrictions.
Clinical evaluations are targeted, but not restricted to families with children from birth to 6 years old. Clinical evaluations are conducted by clinical interns on site as well as on location to better integrate the needs and solutions for a child's daily life.
The Early Learning Center is for children ages birth through six. It provides preschool-readiness and early learning opportunities through literacy, art, science, music and nature programs, activities and events.
Printed materials and speakers are available for public awareness relating to parent-infant or parent-child issues and development. Workshops offer training and support to preschool staff. The program provides consulting services to preschool staff by visiting the classroom and integrating workshop techniques.

The parent support groups are for parents with special needs children. These groups often deal with special needs such as autism or PDD.
