Electric Service Payment Assistance (Low Income)
Provider: CITY OF AVALON RECREATION DEPARTMENT - COMMUNITY SERVICES
The program provides electric bill assistance for customers of the Southern California Edison Company through the Energy Assistance Fund (EAF) program. The EAF program will pay up to $100 per household ($200 for all electric households); assistance is available year round. Household income earnings cannot exceed the Federal Poverty Guidelines. Services are targeted, but not restricted, to Catalina Island residents. There are no geographic restrictions.
