Low Income/Subsidized Private Rental Housing

The agency provides housing services for low to moderate income individuals and families who qualify or work in Santa Monica. Services include low income/subsidized private rental housing. There are no geographic restrictions. 

The program provides affordable housing in Santa Monica to eligible individuals and families who meet federal low income or moderate income guidelines. The agency uses private and federal funds to build, develop and manage newly constructed complexes or rehabilitated older buildings. Marketing lists open annually in the month of December only. Individual or families who qualify or work in Santa Monica may be eligible for assistance, even if not on current marketing list.

There is a waiting list for service.
