Consumer Complaints
Provider: CALIFORNIA STATE DEPARTMENT OF CONSUMER AFFAIRS - STRUCTURAL PEST CONTROL BOARD
The board receives consumer complaints regarding pest control work done, including overspraying, use of too much or too little pesticide or shoddy repair. The Board also maintains files containing reports of termite inspections and work completion notices. There are no geographic restrictions.
