Provider: LOS ANGELES CITY ATTORNEYS OFFICE - DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROGRAM
The Program provides dispute resolution services for people who live in Los Angeles County. The program does not deal with criminal matters. There are no geographic restrictions.
Mediation is a confidential and voluntary process in which a neutral third party facilitates communication between people to resolve their disputes. The Dispute Resolution Program mediates all types of civil disputes related to landlord tenant issues, homelessness issues, school related issues, neighbor to neighbor issues, consumer merchant issues, labor employment issues, business to business issues, family and domestic issues and LGBTQ issues.
The process may include conciliation or mediation services, or referrals to other resources.
