Shelter Complaints
Provider: LOS ANGELES HOMELESS SERVICES AUTHORITY - GRIEVANCES
The agency facilitates the grievance process for collaborating agencies. Service includes shelter complaints. There are no geographic restrictions.
Shelter participants must go through the process with the agency providing the services first. If the agency providing services does not respond to the grievance within 3 days or the resolution is not satisfactory, then LAHSA begins their grievance process. Grievances cannot be filed with LAHSA against an agency that is NOT contracted with LAHSA.
