Rent Payment Assistance

The City of Los Angeles United to House Los Angeles (ULA) Emergency Renters Assistance Program landlord application is now closed as of Tuesday, October 31, 2023, at 6:00 pm.
On February 2nd, 2024 the Los Angeles City Council extended eviction protections to tenants with ULA ERAP applications that have been approved and are waiting for their applications to be funded. Evictions protections for these individuals is extended through May 31st, 2024. Visit Covid-19 Rental Protections for additional information.
When a landlord application has been submitted, the tenant will be invited to apply to the ULA ERAP. Tenants who have applied and have an existing application will be paired with the landlord's application to expedite processing to determine if the tenant meets the ULA ERAP eligibility criteria.
