The program provides youth services to people in Los Angeles County and nationwide. Services include juvenile delinquency prevention and internet resources and printed materials related to juvenile delinquency prevention and youth violence prevention. There are no geographic restrictions.

The program provides information on topics such as bullying, anti-gang strategies, abuse, conflict resolution, school violence and family violence. Information is also available to various groups of people including teens, parents, the media and professionals. There are also various email-groups and listservs that people can join through the agency's website.
