This is a confidential hotline for City employees, contractors, citizens and other interested parties to report fraud, waste and abuse affecting City of Los Angeles resources.

Reports may include theft of City resources, record falsification, payroll fraud or time abuse, kickbacks or bribes, intentional misuse of City property or equipment, contractor fraud, gross mismanagement of resources and careless expenditures, or gross disregard of policy and procedural controls. The City has contracted with an independent company that receive all calls and web-based reports. Those reporting fraud may remain anonymous.
