The agency provides advocacy for individuals and families who are immigrants or refugees and live in Los Angeles County. Services include immigrant benefits assistance, citizenship classes and vocational English as a Second Language. There are no geographic restrictions.

The agency assesses the social and economic needs of the individuals or families and provides assistance with housing, employment, governmental programs, medical services, educational, transportation, legal and utility issues; referrals to other community resources; and advocacy to ensure that services are obtained.

The agency also provides citizenship classes and vocational English as a Second Language.
