The agency provides services for older adults age 50 and older who live in Los Angeles and Orange Counties. Services include continuing education and recreational/leisure/arts instruction. There are no geographic restrictions.
The programs offered are in the arts, fitness, humanities, health, technology and travel. Classes for older adults may include computer classes, creative writing, dance classes, health and exercise classes, various lectures and seminars and trips. Courses are offered three times a year during the spring, summer and fall. A course catalog is published each trimester and is available on-line and in print.
