Crisis Intervention Hotlines/Helplines (Youth)

The organization provides mental health services for people of all ages through a 24-hour crisis chat program. Services include a crisis intervention hotline. Services are targeted, but not restricted, to youth and young adults. There are no geographic restrictions.
Individuals in crisis may anonymously text for help from a live, trained crisis counselor. Counselors provide emotional support and active listening to move the textor from a hot moment to a cool moment. Referrals for additional services are available as needed. All texts and information shared is kept confidential. To maintain anonymity, services will not be listed on the cell phone statements of AT&T, T-Mobile or Verizon.

There are no fees for cell phone customers of AT&T, T-Mobile or Verizon. Standard text messaging rates may apply for customers of other plan carriers.
