Residential Alcohol Use Disorder Treatment Facilities

The agency provides residential treatment for substance use disorders targeted to homeless veterans, and dually diagnosed homeless veterans in Los Angeles County. Services include residential alcohol use disorder treatment facilities and residential drug use disorder treatment facilities. There are no geographic restrictions.
The Victory Place Program provides services for up to 95 United States veterans. Veterans develop individual treatment plans that include secondary services such as treatment for post-traumatic stress disorder, anger management, employment preparation and counseling, life skills education, drug and alcohol education, and health and fitness classes. Veterans may stay at the facility for up to 24 months, although most stay for 12 months.
Successful participants achieve 180 days of sobriety, and full-time employment or have established adequate income to support a housing option of their choice.
