The Inspector General accepts and investigates complaints made by navy military or civilian members, and civilians with no navy affiliation. Some civilian complaints may be addressed by other government agencies, as needed.
Complaints are anonymous and may be made about fraud, waste, mismanagement, or reprisal. Complaints about reprisal may not be filed anonymously or confidentially.
